COSMOSCOW AUCTION
in–out studio became the official organizational partner of the 12th Cosmoscow Foundation Charity Auction. We were fully responsible for the conceptual development and execution of the event — from the script and set design to catering management and technical support at the venue.
All elements of the dinner-auction were based on the Cosmoscow manifesto “Several Ways to Trust Yourself”, where sensuality is still the access point to the world. This is what contemporary art is capable of demonstrating when the viewer develops a trusting relationship — not with the work or even with the artist — but with oneself. The curatorial selection of lots for the auction was carried out by Ksenia Chilingarova together with the expert council of the Cosmoscow Foundation.
We embodied the idea of a journey to the fragile primordial feeling in the decor — thin paper on the walls and lamps made of paper, the first spring flowers in the bowls of water and delicate pink color. The guests were welcomed by a gusli performer with iridescent melodies. The event was hosted by the incomparable Ivan Urgant.
