The development and implementation of communication strategies are among in–out studio’s core services. Among the recent examples that we are proud of are the communication strategies we developed for two premium projects by the developer Mangazeya. The focus was on refining the positioning, reaching the target audience, and building a relevant media presence. For the Musa residential complex, the strategy focused on positioning through communication: the big idea, cultural context, partnerships, media, and influencers. At its core is the project’s image as an aesthetic and cultural statement around which a community is formed. A significant portion of the proposed activities for both projects will be implemented by the in–out studio team. For the Aura residential complex, the team undertook the task of rebranding an already completed development: the project re-entered the market under a new name and with a premium status. The communication strategy was designed to clearly explain the transition to the new segment, establish a distinct brand identity, and position it as one of the leaders in the media landscape.
