Throughout 2025, in–out studio implemented a series of five integrations for SberPremier as part of the Helvetia Picnics, accompanying the project at various venues and in different seasonal formats. Each event had its own theme and visual language, while the brand integration remained consistent and recognizable through decor, interactive formats, and gastronomic accents. The collaboration began in the spring in the courtyard of the Helvetia Hotel with a picnic called “April Fools” where we set up a lounge area and photo booth, launched a master class on creating beaded jewelry in the SberPremier brand palette, and created the Green Lamp cocktail. The spring series continued with the “Borderless Fun” picnic at the end of May, built around formats that guests had already come to love. In the summer, the project went beyond St. Petersburg and continued in Moscow at the Maidens space: there, we set up a florist station, a branded bar, and a UGC photo spot. In the fall, the “Never Boring Picnic” once again brought together activations familiar to guests. The year ended with the winter “Helvetia Picnic under the Christmas Tree” in December, for which in–out studio developed a new fir tree setup for the bar and tables, a master class on creating New Year’s decorations, and a winter version of the SberPremiere lounge area with the Green Lamp cocktail. The series of events became an example of a long-term partnership, in which the format of the “Helvetia Picnics” was reimagined each time, while maintaining the integrity of the branding and guest experience scenario.
