MONO
in—out studio has become a communication partner for MONO — a new brand of deluxe real estate developer. The studio will be responsible for marketing and PR support, implementing special projects, media activities, partnerships, shaping the brand’s image and positioning.

MONO creates subtle architecture, implementing the stealth wealth strategy. Each project is based on the „holistic“ approach, which includes multidimensional aspects of comfort: physical, mental, emotional, social, intellectual, and spiritual. MONO Kami will mark the brand’s first project, developed by Tsimailo Lyashenko Partners, an architectural bureau.

MONO hosted its first launch event in the format of a private dinner at the Shchusev Museum of Architecture. The in—out studio team curated the event’s exposure and media support. Simplicity and authenticity, one of the brand’s key approaches, were maintained in the scenario and aesthetics of the evening, as well as in its public communication.
